Liberty has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join our team, based in Knowsley. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week. In return, you will receive a salary of £38,000 to £44,000 (dependingon experience) per annum Plus Car Allowance Plus Benefits.The strength of our organisation lies in the quality of the people we work with. Were proud to employ the most talented, driven individuals within the property services sector.We are looking to recruitan experienced Electrical Contracts Manager, (Domestic Electrical Repairs & Maintenance) to take management responsibility for Social Housing Electrical Servicing and Repairs for a large council contract.Key responsibilities for this Electrical Contracts Manager role are:Ensure a commercial delivery of domestic electrical servicing and repairs contractsLead assigned contract achieving target client and commercial objectivesEffectively manage and lead a team of Electricians and AdministratorsOverall operational and commercial responsibility for the successful delivery of contractsTargeting financial returnsEnsuring Health & Safety policy and procedures are adhered toBuild strong working relationships and deliver excellent customer serviceCritically analyse performance information and ensure continuous improvementEffective communication and confidently convey information across all levels of the businessFollow up on quotations and recommendations from Electrician reports and client requirementsEnsure that all planned maintenance of electrical works meet requirementsEnsuring that planned and emergency repairs are carried out effectivelyAny work to replace units is correctly scheduled, fulfilled and concluded by the relevant contractorsWhat we are looking for in our Electrical Contracts Manager:City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in supervisory/ managementLevel 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (Buildings, Structures and the Environment), including the AM2(Achievement Measurement 2)Latest version Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations *(BS7671 IET Regulations)*BS7671 IET Regulations is the 18th Edition or latest versionA 2391 or 2394/95 Inspection and testing course (desirable)Full driving licenseUnderstanding of Health and Safety and working to best practiceTechnical skills and a high level of technical understandingContract supervision experienceRelevant commercial acumenWe offer a range of benefits for a rewarding career including though not limited to:
