Support AdministratorPriory Court, KnowleSALARY: £20,972 per annumHOURS: 18.5 hours per week. The scheme is staffed 8.00am - 8pm, 365 days a year. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team in a new post. We are recruitingfor a part time Support Administrator to support the existing team and service. If you have administration experience and are looking to move into a role within supported housing then this is the role for you. Priory Court is staffed 8.00am - 8pm, 365 daysa year. The hours and days for this role will be discussed and agreed with the successful applicant.What you will be doing:

  • Assist with effective communication both internally and externally and to proactively and positively promote the association and support services.
  • Assist the Team Leader and Supported Housing Officers to work in partnership with external agencies to facilitate the effective delivery of services to clients.
  • Assist in the effective delivery of personalised support services to all clients including both one to one and group work sessions.
  • Support the team in effectively delivering housing management services to all clients.
What you will need to be successful:
  • Experience of working in an administrative role.
  • Ability to maintain clear and up to date records both written and electronically.
  • Understanding and ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Experience of managing own workload and ability to multi-task working to multiple deadlines.
