Job Description

Contract Administrator Knowle, Bristol Permanent £23,100DK Recruitment on behalf of their client are looking to recruit an enthusiastic contract administrator. As a Contract Administrator, youll be an integral part of our operations, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and management of contracts.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather contract-related information and ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain and update contract databases and documentation, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of information.
  • Assist in the preparation of contract documents, amendments, and proposals.
  • Monitor contract performance, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure adherence to agreements.
  • Address any contractual issues, discrepancies, or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the team in coordinating meetings, schedules, and other administrative tasks related to contracts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and contract management software (desired).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
