Job Description

Business Development ExecutiveKnaresborough£25,000 plus commission (OTE £30,000)Are you a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with one of our leading ecommerce clients to recruit an Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional communication skills, and enjoy the challenge of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, then this role is for you!Benefits:

Business Development Executive Role & Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.)
  • Work closely with the internal Marketing team on strategies to target high-value prospects
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct product demos and presentations as needed
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and progress toward KPIs
  • Utilise key product knowledge to showcase solutions for prospective customers
  • Negotiate prices with clients interested in bulk orders
  • Conduct industry research to stay informed about relevant events and trends
  • Personalise interactions based on individual pain points, goals, and motivations
Business Development Executive Skills and Experience:
  • Experience identifying and converting new business leads
  • Full driving license required due to remote location
  • Driven & positive mindset with outstanding customer service, communication and sales skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Great relationship building and quick trust development
  • Motivated and ambitious with a desire to go above and beyond
  • Networking aptitude
  • Resilience and tenacity, with the ability to handle rejection
  • Proficient in computer-based systems, Outlook, and all Microsoft platforms
