Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Admin and Secretarial ilke Homes team in Knaresborough.Client Detailsilke Homes has serious ambition, aiming to be the number one house builder within the next decade. These are no ordinary homes, built in a huge factory perfectly located just off junction 47 of the A1, using Modern Methods of Construction and the kind oftechnology applied in Formula One. As a zero-carbon committed organisation, PageGroup is proud to be partnering ilke Homes with their major scale-up programme.Now is the time to join this pioneering organisation, as they plan to recruit lots of new team members in the next year to support their growth plan.DescriptionThe successful Administrator will support the Site Operations Team, including but not limited to:

  • Support the teams with all administration requirements, eg pro forma Site Folders and Modular Installation Manuals.
  • Arranging First Aid kits, logging and monitoring expiry dates, where appropriate, to be sent to Site teams.
  • Create and keep up to date a log of all Site Team Members certificates, eg CSCS Card, SMSTS and SSSTS together with any other relevant certificates. Arrange refresher courses where necessary.
  • Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments.
  • Assist in planning and arranging events, including organising catering if required.
  • Organising group deals with hotels located near to sites to try and get the best rates possible for the business.
  • Assist with the upkeep of the in-house SharePoint sites including Live Projects, Commercial - Delivery & Installation and liaising with the Quality Department to ensure the Quality Management System is kept up to date.
  • Support the Managers with the taking of Minutes when required.
  • Organise the new starter packs from the factory for example, PPE & Vehicles.
  • Organise Induction training for new starters and arrange IT supplies where necessary.
  • Fill out relevant paperwork for tool allocations for the teams and keep a log of all items distributed and to whom.
  • Fill out relevant paperwork for safety equipment allocations for the team and keep a log of all items distributed and tracked for dates when safety audits would be required, arrange when required the relevant calibration to minimise disruption to the teams.
  • Setup expense accounts and monitor the activity of all staffs accounts to identify where the system may be being abused.
  • Help with supervisors workloads with regards to paperwork where needed.
  • Assist with all other ad hoc Administration for the Department and Sites.
Profileilke Homes is particularly interested in speaking with candidates who can demonstrate the following:

  • Understanding of sharePoint desirable but not essential as full training will be given
  • Excellent team player, willing to show initiative.
