Job Description

BUSINESS DEVELOPEMENT/SALES!Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity Look no further! Reed Middlesbrough - Business Support, are representing a Redcar based client who are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join theirteam at. We are delighted to be working with a business that prides themselves on fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment with a strong company culture that values and appreciates its employees.Paying a salary of up to £35,000 per annum + bonus, and working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.Your goal will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our company.Role and responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals and trade/industry conferences
  • To create strong long-lasting relationships with key decision makers leading to continued sales
  • Carry out thorough research and analysis to understand client needs, challenges and market trends
  • Present and demonstrate persuasive sales presentations, proposals and products that meet the needs of customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers ensuring their requests and feedback are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with Management to create effective sales plan, and providing feedback or suggestions regarding product enhancements, pricing strategies and market positioning
  • Hold regular follow ups and check ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met and also to identify potential new opportunities
  • Stay up to date with industry and market trends, maintain a competitive advantage and communicate effectively with the management team
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve and grow the business
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to maintain a strong and healthy pipeline
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience working in the health care sector
  • A degree in Sales, Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • A self-starter with good organisational skills, and the ability to engage with people of all levels
  • A strong communicator and presenter, with the ability to negotiate resulting in positive results
  • A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Computer literate with experience of CRM systems
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Willing to travel to external sites and attend networking events out of hours
