Planned Care Directorate - Ward 52 Upper GI / General SurgeryVacancies have arisen within ward 52 Planned Care for 1st level trained nurses.You will be joining a well motivated and dynamic multi-disciplinary team who strive to deliver the highest level of care possible. You will be based in ward 52 which is predominantly a Green area for elective surgical patients covering all surgical specialities. There are also Amber patients who are emergency admissions for upper GI / General Surgery, it is expected that you may be asked to cover other areas within Planned Care wards as required.Ward 52 is a busy 24 bed upper GI / General Surgery ward. You should be enthusiastic, dynamic and self motivated with a real interest in upper GI / Surgical nursing. We are looking for good team players with excellent written and oral communicators. Evidence of continuing professional development and experience in acute nursing is essential.
