Senior Autism Practitioner - FifeFife Area Services2 Full Time Positions available£32,933 - £35,285An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team within Fife Area Services. Currently supporting over 60 autistic adults within Day, Housing Support & Care at Home provisions across Fife, we are looking to recruit two Senior Autism Practitioners.This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative and forward-thinking leader to manage a fantastic service that transforms autistic people’s lives for the better.As the Senior Autism Practitioner, you’ll ensure the successful delivery of our services in Fife. Leading a team of dedicated Autism Practitioners, you will inspire them to provide a high-quality support service to autistic individuals. You’ll coach and mentorthem to ensure they perform to the best of their ability.Using your outstanding communication skills, you’ll collaborate with agencies, multi-disciplinary teams and families to implement support plans to help individuals to succeed in their day-to-day lives.This is a superb opportunity to undertake exceptional training and lead a hard-working team to success.As part of your role, you will be required to undertake shift work, including weekends, evenings and be required for on-call, so flexibility towards working hours is key.We are seeking to appoint people who share our values: Collaboration; Compassion; Change Makers; Contribution."I have been in the Senior role for over 2 years now and while it has its challenges it is extremely rewarding."
