Ouroffice space offers a genuinely enjoyable working environment, and we provide free parking for our employees.Duties:As a Project Administrator, youll enjoy a varied role, supporting two directors with various tasks. Your responsibilities will include:- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, quotes, and new business proposals- Conducting general administration and fact-finding tasks- Utilising Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data management and presentation creation- Supporting operational activities related to business restructuring, such as evaluating job descriptions and identifying areas for improvement- Collaborating effectively with the wider team and maintaining positive communication with our client base- Taking on administrative tasks to alleviate pressure from the directors on their respective projectsMust-Have Skills:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:- Previous experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organisational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and foster positive working relationships- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectivelySearch is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
