They take pride in investing in their people via an excellent training and development program with ongoing Mentor support.Previous experience is not required, however, a caring and understanding nature and a willingness to learn will stand you in good stead for this role.Role and responsibilities of a Care Support Worker:

Providing personal care support to the highest standard
Moving and transferrin of residents
Nightly cleaning tasks
