Job Description

Site Manager - Underfloor HeatingRosyth, Scotland£25,000 - £35,000Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of underfloor heating installation projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of installation teams, ensuring they are working in a safe and productive manner.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with relevant regulations throughout the installation process.
  • Material Management: Plan and manage the procurement of materials and equipment required for each project.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation phase, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols on-site to guarantee the safety of all workers and adhere to regulations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may occur during the installation process, implementing innovative solutions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Site Manager in underfloor heating installation or a related field is essential.
  • Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of underfloor heating systems and installation techniques is required.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management capabilities to motivate and guide the installation teams effectively.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute projects on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Health and Safety: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance on-site.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to solving issues and providing practical solutions.
  • Qualifications: Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management or underfloor heating installation will be an advantage.
