We are currently looking for hard working, enthusiastic and friendly people to join our dynamic, fast paced Acute Theatre Suite.We offer wide and varied surgical specialties that include Maxillo Facial, ENT, General Surgery, Orthopaedic Trauma, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Urology & Paediatrics, covering Elective and Emergency procedures in all of the afore mentioned specialities.We are delighted to announce that we also have Robotic Assisted Surgical Technology training pathways for specific theatre specialities and its team members.You should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work cohesively within the multidisciplinary team. Experience of working within a health care environment is essential while maintaining confidentiality at all times. Hours will be worked to meet the needs of the service which will include shift & weekend work as required, with flexibility to work over all sites in Fife.There is a robust induction program which is supported by a full time Clinical Educator and part time Education Coordinator.We are passionate about investing and developing all out team members. We currently offer development opportunities for non registered practitioner to advance their career within the perioperative setting within the SVQ health care support (clinical) qualification at level 3.The opportunity to apply for consideration to complete the 2 year Operating Department Diploma course in conjunction with University of West of Scotland and NES.Theatres can be an intense fast paced environment with a team working ethos being at the heart of the services we provide.
