The centre delivers our community facing services such as our advice line, external training and consultancy and our One Stop Shop (OSS).We are looking for an innovative One Stop Shop Manager to lead the One Stop Shop Team in Fife. Reporting to the Practice & Community Development Lead, you will lead on the local development of a hub of information, advice and signposting for individuals onthe autism spectrum, their families and interested professional.In this role, you will:- Collaborate and support relevant projects and other developments related to additional commissioned services such as time limited, specific projects- Liaise with the Link Worker allocated by Fifes Health and Social Care partnership to ensure evaluation and monitoring frameworks are withheld- Seek and develop opportunities for local partnership working and related initiatives- Coach your team to identify their individualised learning pathway and work towards achieving the objectives- Manage resources within budget in line with Scottish Autisms policy and proceduresThe successful candidate will:- Have contemporary knowledge and understanding of autism and autistic people and their families across the lifespan- Have Autism Practise or lived experience- Have experience of managing and developing teams using a coaching model of development- Be committed to, and demonstrate, our organisational values: Compassion, Collaboration, Contribution and Change Makers- Have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to identify opportunities for developmentWe offer comprehensive training, opportunities for personal development and a generous benefits package including a range of discounts on high street retailers, gyms and travel and life assurance cover.This post is subject to a PVG Disclosure check.Scottish Autism is a smoke free organisation.
