The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a high standardof care is always maintainedWhat is the day-to-day of the role:• Assisting patients with activities of daily living. This will include all basic care including the feeding, bathing and repositioning of all patients under the supervision of a trained nurse• Providing support to the registered nurse and, where appropriate, other members of the Clinical Team as required• Cooperating with and maintaining good relationships with team colleagues and staff in other disciplines they are attending and treating patients to maximise patient care• Maintaining good relationships and an empathic approach to the families of patients, relatives and carers, and refer them to a trained nurse for any questions they may have on the patient’s condition, or for any suggestions or complaints that they wish toraise• Reporting observed changes in the patient’s physical and psychological needs• Accurately documenting care delivered to patientsRequired Skills & Qualifications:• Minimum 6 months paid experience in Health & Care in the UK only• SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is preferred• Practical training in Moving & Handling and Basic Life Support• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team• A compassionate nature and a passion for providing high-quality careBenefits:• Flexible working days• Accrued holiday and annual leave allowance• Free training• Continuous professional development opportunities• Dedicated support & guidance• Free PVG updateIf you would like to join a team that values compassion and respect, please click apply now!
