Job Description

Are you an experiencedCustomer Service & Team Administrator looking for a new role If so we have an excellent opportunity for you to join a successful healthcare company based in Kirkcaldy, Fife.This is a fast-paced customer helpdesk role and the ideal candidate will have some previous history in a similar customer-facing role, with a healthcare background being particularly advantageous.Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customers via help desk functionality by phone or email.
  • Answering enquiries and recording customer queries regarding machines, installation and/or ongoing service and maintenance.
  • Recording customer "tickets" and entering them into the Customer Resource Management (CRM) system.
  • Understanding the products in detail for customers, helping them with day-to-day operating problems.
  • Supporting team members in the delivery of their various projects.
  • Arranging to post out information or goods to customers.
  • Passing enquiries on to a specialist who can take things further.
  • Keeping accurate records of all enquiries.
  • Helping to train new staff.
Requirements:
  • Strong education history with 3 subjects at National 4 or 5 (min) including English and Math.
  • Previous experience of dealing with the public within the healthcare environment is highly advantageous.
  • Well-organised and accurate attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and an ability to operate commonly used software is essential.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM systems (Zoho would be an advantage but not essential).
  • Confident working on a customer helpdesk, and used to a fast-paced working environment.
  • Strong ability to multi-task in order to perform your role effectively.
Salary:
  • £23,000 per annum, this is a full-time office-based role, with some flexibility upon successful completion of probation.
