Job Description

A great for a Customer Service and Team Administrator to join the Operation Team for an excellent company.Working with a facility that provides automated prescription collection (APC) machines to clients throughout the UK, who work in partnership with our manufacturers to design and develop APC machines that allow patients to collect their prescription medicine24/7. Here you will be working in an office-based environment where you will man the customer service desk, assisting customers face to face, by email or over the phone. Your ability to multi-task and update information on systems is key to being successfulwithin this role.Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via our help desk functionality by phone or email
  • Answer enquiries and recording customer queries about the machines, installation and/or ongoing service and maintenance
  • Recording customer "tickets" and entering onto the CRM system
  • Gain an understanding for the products in detail to help and assist customer with the day to day operating queries or problems
  • Support the team members in the delivery of their various projects
  • Arrange to post out information or goods to customers
  • Ensure that enquiries are passed on to a specialist who can progress things further
  • Keeping accurate records of all enquiries
  • Once established, help with the training of new staff
Experience Required:
  • A good level of education, with a minimum of 3 subjects at National 4 or 5 including English and Maths or qualified by experience in a similar position
  • Previous experience of dealing with the public within the healthcare environment is advantageous
  • Be highly organised and accurate
  • Ability to multi-task and at times work to tight timelines
  • Knowledge of IT systems and an ability to operate commonly used software is essential
  • Proficient on CRM systems (Zoho would be an advantage, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Office based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pmSalary: £20,000 - £23,000. Dependent on experience
