Customer Service Representative | Call Centre roleBased in Kirkcaldy | Fully on-site roleFull time role | Monday to Friday | 9;00am to 5:00pm (possible Saturday morning hours TBC)Pay rate of £10.42 per hour + holiday payTemp role for minimum 6 weeks | potential for extensionIMMEDIATE START AVAILABLESearch are currently working with a contact centre based in Kirkcaldy to recruit a number of these roles starting ASAP for a new project. The contracts are planned to last 6 weeks although this may be extended.Duties involved in this role will include:* Making outbound & receiving inbound calls to arrange appointments for customers* Updating information on the internal systemIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Fluent & clear spoken English - ESSENTIAL* Previous experience of working in a role involving telephone wrk - ESSENTIAL* Candidates with previous Call Centre experience would be preferred, although this is not essentialThis is an immediate start role with the first intake starting week commencing 25th September 2023.
