Job Description

Do you have a fast and accurate typing abilityAre you experienced within the medical sectorOffice Angels are delighted to be working alongside our medical professional client who are looking for a temporary employee who can undertake audio typing and clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have accurate keyboard skills along with excellent communicationskills and experience of general office duties and strong experience carrying out audio typing, preferably within a medical setting however this is not essential. We are looking for a employee to support our client on approximately a 2 month basis howeverif the right candidate was appointed this could also lead onto a permanent opportunity.Key responsibilities:

  • Using the windscribe system to format audio clips into written documents
  • Completing varied audio files and formatting into written reports for analysis
  • Using a Headset whilst transcribing doctors meetings, solicitor notes as well as various medical meetings
  • Adhoc admin/secretarial duties as required
Requirements:
  • Display fast and accurate audio typing
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Show strong communication skills and work well within a team
  • Demonstrate a proactive and professional manner
