They are offering to train applicants as a KickstartJunior Administrator. In this entry level position, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain skills in business administration by supporting the organisation of auctions and helping to ensure that they are run smoothly. You will also gain customer serviceexperience in this role as you speak regularly with Ryedales clients.This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in gaining business administration experience and to gain experience helping to organise events.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.To prepare auction sales using various Auctioneering systems.Create online sales catalogues using the information provided by the Saleroom team, ensuring the information is correctSet up new accounts, email out introductory emails with company details and ensure all customer accounts are up to date.Taking payments, issuing invoices, and issuing paperwork for collection to customers once payment receivedAnswering office phones and dealing with enquiries or transferring to the appropriate staff member or in their absence taking a detailed message for call-back.Skills NeededGood keyboard skillsGood Organisational skillsGood communication skillsGood time management skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSelf-motivatedLocation: Cooks Yard, New Rd, Kirkbymoorside, York YO62 6DZWorking Hours: Part Time,Fixed days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - Fixed hours: 09:00 - 17:00pmWage:National Minimum Wage
