Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our team in Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottingham, as a full-time HR Administrator. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a strong administrative background, with an interest in HR we want to hear fromyou! Position: HR Administrator Location: Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottingham Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (depending on HR experience)Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, preparing documentation, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Support HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Manage and update employee records and databases.
Skills required:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with exposure to HR and payroll functions.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
