Ashfield District Council have a great opportunity for aHousing Performance and Insight Officerto join the team based inAshfield. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis(37 hours per week)and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum (please note that this salary includes an annual market supplement of £4,849, which will be reviewed annually).Ashfield is a great place to work valuing our employees, offering benefits including a very generous holiday entitlement, up to 35 days per year, local government pension and flexible working.The Housing Performance and Insight Officer role:We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised individual who is looking for a challenging new role in our award-winning housing department.The Housing and Performance Insight Officer will be responsible for supporting managers in producing detailed performance information covering all aspects of the housing service and ensure customer insight plays a key role in service development.The main purpose of the role is to understand data and performance, using the information to provide reassurance on performance to senior managers and members.
