Job Description

Are you confident in using and troubleshooting with the Azure / Office 365 systemsWe are working with a highly profitable company who are looking for an IT Systems Support Manager to join them on a 1 Year Fixed Term Contract. This is a highly varied role that involves working as part of an Operations and Finance team. As an IT Systems Support Manager you will support the business, develop relationships with stakeholders and solve issues in a timely fashion whilst providing a friendly, helpful service. You will be required to use your own initiative in order to provide professional, effective and efficient support.This role also involves:

Overseeing the daily management of Azure, Office365, online booking and EPOS systems

Providing technical support to the onsite teams for all systems

Being responsible for the housekeeping of the systems to ensure all data and processes are up to date and back-ups in place

Managing users rights and permissions

Troubleshooting issues and creating contingencies

We are looking for a technically minded individual with the interpersonal skills to be able to support and manage a variety of systems in order to ensure a smooth operational experience for both users and customers.
