Vacancy for HR AssistantEdgeview Homes is a leading care provider in the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Worcestershire. We are a growing modern care business and we need likeminded individuals to join our excellent team.We have an exciting opportunity for the role of a HR Assistant to support the Central Support team and the HR team by undertaking payroll and HR duties as well as other generalist administration duties as instructed by the Finance Manager, HR Manager and/ or the Senior Management Team as and when required.This role is ideal for someone who is keen to learn and develop within the role and always willing to go the extra mile.As always any relevant and required training will be provided.Potential candidates will be required to hold the below relevant qualifications, skills and experience;• Payroll experience is essential• Previous experience as a HR Assistant or HR Administrator is essential• Ideally hold a CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate, have equivalent experience and be willing to work towards this;• GCSEs in maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent) are essential• Good general IT skills when using Word, Excel and Outlook are essential.
