Job Description

Do you have recent experience in a Customer Service roleDo you have accurate data entry skillsAre you organised with a good eye for detailIf so then we would like to hear from you.Our client, a unique financial services organisation, are looking for two Customer Service Representatives to join their busy and friendly team on a 3 month contract.Whether you are looking for a new challenge in your Customer Service career or have recently left education and are looking for your first job this may be the role for you.A typical day will see you logging Donor Instruction Forms, collating and processing donations received, responding to customer queries regarding their donation requests.To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills including Excel
  • Accurate data entry and experience processing large volumes of data
