Job Description

Our established Financial client is actvely seeking a Business Analyst to join their company.

  • Support Change Control
  • Creation of process maps using Visio
  • Process mapping as is and to be processes to a detailed level
  • Creation of documents such as Business Cases, User Stories and Project Initiation Plans
  • Supporting teams with the creation of change control forms
  • Understanding requirements and solutions to ensure testing is valid
  • Understanding of test plans
  • Reporting progression and findings to Line Manager
  • Makes suggestions for process improvement
  • Facilitation of meetings for elicitation of requirements via techniques such as workshops, process reviews and interviews across all levels of management.
  • Use clear communications to liaise with colleagues to understand the specifics surrounding an idea for change
  • Liaise with Line Manager, escalating any specific problems for discussion and resolution
  • Meetings with key stakeholders throughout the change control process
    • Adaptability & Flexibility
  • Excellent analysis skills and logical approach to problem solving
  • High attention to detail
  • Coping with changing circumstances and acting in a manner that facilitates the change process
  • Redirects efforts proactively applying an understanding of the reasons to support colleagues
  • Recognises the need for change and makes recommendations accordingly
