Technical AdministratorAre you a Technical Administrator / Works Scheduler / Work Planner that is well organised and can truly multi-taskIf you have strong administration skills, are fully IT Literate, can support multi departments, know how to prioritise and organise your workload and have a great telephone manner this role with career development is just for you.Ideally Located - Southam, Napton on Hill, Royal Leamington Spa, Sydenham, Whitnash, Bishops Tachbrook, Harbury, Bishops Itchington, Deppers Bridge, Gaydon, Lower Boddington, Priors Hardwick, Charwelton, Badby, Newnham, Dodford, Daventry and surrounding.Salary - £20,000 to £28,000 dependant on experience + Pension + BenefitsThis company is a specialist Automotive Aftermarket business who sell and install AutomotiveLifting Systems used in Garages, Accident Repair Centres, Fast FitCentres and MOT Facilities. In fact, they supply standard and bespoke liftingsystems to anywhere a car needs to be raised above head height.The Candidate & Role

  • Experienced in Office Administration / Technical Administration
  • Fully IT Literate - email, word, excel
  • Well organised and an excellent communicator
  • Able to multi task and prioritise work loads
  • General administrationsupport to the technical team, salesteam, purchasing and procurement department
  • Planning and scheduling the onsite installation works
  • Keep all internal computer systems accurately updated
  • Customer care and liaison is very important, a good telephone manner is essential
  • Having an interest in the Automotive and Engineering sectors will be a distinct advantage
  • Ability to handle and resolve any customer issues / complaints
