Electrical Estimator who has in-depth experience preferably working with new build residential housing projects for a wide range of private house builders and main contractors is required for a well-established company in Kilsyth, NorthLanarkshire, Scotland.SALARY: Competitive (depending on experience)LOCATION: Kilsyth, North Lanarkshire, ScotlandJOB TYPE: Full-Time, PermanentJOB OVERVIEWDue to the company’s continued business growth, we have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Electrical Estimatorwho has in-depth experience preferably working with new build residential housing projects for a wide range of private house builders and maincontractors.Working as an Electrical Estimator you will be part of a commercial team that engages directly with the company’s key clients, whether it be via face-to-face meetings, telephone calls or e-mails to build on the existing relationships they have with theirclients.Your duties as the Electrical Estimator will include:

Booking in new tenders into the tender control system

Sending out enquires for new tenders to sub-contractors

Pricing up and returning competitive tenders to clients

Handing over successful tenders to the contracts department

Commercial input on projects from initiation until final handover of developments

Providing technical back up to site and customer care teams

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Electrical Estimator with previous experience of estimating - preferably with new build residential housing projects for a wide variety of private house builders and main contractors

Required Skills

Computer literate

Numeracy skills

Communication (telephone, e-mails, face-to-face)

SVQ 3 Electrical Installation or similar electrical qualification is desirable
