Apply today to work as a Warehouse Operative for our clients busy distribution center for Sainsburys for general merchandise. Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work in Kilsby, CV23 8BQ. The rate of pay is £12.78 - £14.28 per hour.Overtime is available paid quarterly at £19.17 to £20.67 per hour.This is a full-time role, with various shift patterns available: - 7am to 3pm (Every other weekend off!) - 3pm to 11pm (Every other weekend off!) - 11pm - 7am (Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday)Your Time at WorkAs a Warehouse Operative at this site, you will pick and pack general merchandise using LLOP electric trucks and wrist devices, which tell you which items to pick and where they are located. Your duties include: - Working to meet customer performance standards - Adhering to site Health & Safety policies and procedures - Performing other general warehouse duties as required Our Perfect WorkerOur ideal Warehouse Operative has a flexible approach to working hours, as weekend work is essential. You must have good literacy and numeracy skills, you will be required to undergo pre-employment tests. Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred, however, this is not essential as initial and ongoing training will be provided. (The full 3-day training is provided and paid for.)
