Our client is on the hunt for a Supplier Administrator to join their specialist internal support team. This will be an opportunity to workamongst a dedicated team who take real pride in what they do!The role also offers the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, which is up to 4 days from home and 1 day from the office should this be something you are looking for.As the Supplier Administrator you will: * Onboard new suppliers, whilst also managing the ongoing maintenance of all existing suppliers.* On-board the supplier onto financial system.* Action any supplier document changes.* Maintain and manage a master list of suppliers to actively identify and report the renewal pipeline to internal team members.* Maintain process and procedure records by following the procedures, and controls in all areas.* Administration management for management meetings.* Define and develop controls and processes necessary to support the monitoring and analysis of supplier performance, supplier compliance, tracking supplier engagement and relationship meetings against agreed policy.* Report on supplier performance plus general data and distribute knowledge internally to stakeholders.* Work towards companys matrix ensuring risk is assessed and data protection elements have been considered.* Work with internal team members to ensure they are following the requirements as set out in the supplier framework.* Minute taking in meetings and ensuring all required work is actioned promptly.* Work with the team to provide an administrative service as and when required for example working with the team when events are organised.What we are looking for Ideally you will have previous experience in supplier management however strong administrators/ coordinators with confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels will be considered. You must clearly demonstrate proven organisation skills, the ability tomanage a workload with competing priorities.
