Job Description

Summary Are you organised and have experience in delivering high-level support provision Do you want to be responsible for leading the efficient provision of Business Services across the South West Then please read on. What its like to work here Youllmanage the regional office at Killerton as well as a team of Business Services Coordinators providing virtual administrative and specialist support across the South West. You will primarily be working out of the Killerton office but with an opportunity forsome hybrid working. Were looking for someone with a strong administrative and office management skills, able to turn their hand to whatever comes their way and wholl want to help others and get involved. Youll have the ability to work with a wide rangeof team members and different fields both across the region and nationally. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your abilities. Youll always champion best practices, and when it comes to service you will be confident in challenging the norm when you think theres a better way of doing something. On any given day, you could be helping to induct a new member of staff or looking at ways to review and improve a process. You could be mentoring a team member to develop a new skill or leading a task/finish group to transform service. You could be managingthe soft facilities for the office or ensuring that essential compliance tasks are up-to-date. Youll connect and form positive relationships with other Regional Business Services Leads and be an active member of the National Business Services community.
