Job IntroductionGray Healthcare is the UKs leading specialist provider of individually tailored community-based support. Wedo not discriminate with risk history; we work beyond the label and prioritise the individual and their right to live in the community.We are growing in West Midlands, specifically Shropshire and Worcestershire and need an experienced Recruiter in the area to deliver attraction activity to find the best Support Workers that the area has to offer!This is a 6 month contract to start asap, 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday. Main ResponsibilitiesYou will work work in collaboration with the Operational team in the area to increase brand awareness in the community and further afield. We need someone who can bring creative thinking and problem solving to their approach. Specialist training will beprovided to help you understand the nature of the service that we provide, visiting with the people that we support to find a perfect match of support staff.You will screen potential candidates and arrange interviews, make offers and pipeline as new business comes through. Compliance and onboarding is managed elsewhere in the team. The Ideal CandidateYou must be an experienced recruiter, ideally having worked in Health and Social care before with a passion for making a difference to peoples lives.You will have experience of planning creative recruitment campaigns and inspiring those around you. Attention to detail is essential as are excellent communication skills.You will need to have a valid UK Driving Licence to properly cover the area with access to a suitable vehicle.We are a small team but we believe passionately about what we do, working together to achieve the best outcomes for the business and the people that we support.The closing date for applications is 10th October.
