Deputy Manager Residential Childrens Home Just Outside Kidderminster South East Shropshire £30-£35k negotiable plus car allowance.We are looking for a Childrens Home Deputy Manager to join an 8 bed Childrens Home located just outside Kidderminster in a rural area not far either from Ludlow and Ironbridge.The organisation specialises in providing therapeutic care to children and young people who have LD and complex needs.Deputy Manager Salary and Benefits £30,000 - £35,000 negotiable per annum. Plus£100 p/month car allowance (£1200 in total) Additional overtime and sleep-in enhancements on offer. Ongoing training and development including the opportunity to complete the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. Opportunity to work flexible hours. Genuine opportunity for progression into a Childrens Home Registered Manager position.Deputy Manager Requirements Recent experience working either as a Childrens Home Deputy Manager or as a Senior Childrens Residential Support Worker in a Childrens Home supporting LD and challenging behaviour. Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
