My client is currently looking for a Solicitor orCILEX to join their leading Medical Negligence team. They are Top 100 law firm with the team consisting of 6 Partners and 10 solicitors, their strong presence in the South East has allowed them to be recognizedfor providing high-quality service to patients and their families whove sustained avoidable injuries due to medical negligence hence their Band 1 Chambers & Partners ranking as well as Tier 1 Legal 500.Position: Solicitor orChartered Legal ExecutiveLocation: RichmondSalary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annumAbout the role & responsibilities:

Responsible for managing on caseload of matters, large involvement in highly complex and protracted matters (this will require collaboration with other members within the team)
Build strong relationships with current clients and their families, ensuring they receive supportive service in duration of their claim
Trained up to be able to review and analyze significant amount of medical records to decide if a case has merits.

Requirements of the candidate:

PQE 1-4 years
Experience in working part of a medical negligence team
Great communication skills; passion and compassion for achieving the best outcome(s) for clients
Would consider/be interested to hear from qualified candidates with a mixed negligence/personal injury experience, as well as defendant medical negligence
