Estate ManagerMon to Fri 8am-5pmKew TW9£44k to £46k A well-established modern residential development Estate Manager vacancy has come up for an experienced person within the private residential sector. The role comprises a combination of Facilities Management and Customer Service in the overall estate managementof the development. The Estate Manager assumes overall responsibility for the smooth running of the Estate in all aspects of managing and organising staff, maintenance and repairs, fire prevention and management of health and safety. Key duties will includetaking responsibility for the management activities across the estate, developing the services in line with the brand and ensuring that excellence in service is provided, managing and monitoring the effectiveness of the estate management service and providingclear leadership and direction to all employees. The successful candidate will have management experience in a similar role, ideally be AIRPM and IOSH qualified, have the ability to prepare and present reports, have a good understanding of Health and Safetyprocesses, and have a service-orientated outlook and attitude, with a genuine desire to go the extra mile. You must have the ability to efficiently multitask under pressure and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
