A rare opportunity to join thisprivate group of schools, initially on a temporary basis with a view to a permanent opportunity.The Estates Services Managerwill be based in the Kew area and will manage the daily operational functions of a school and nurseryensuringthat the environment is safe, suitable for use, fully compliant with Health & Safety and maintained to contractual agreements.Monday to Friday 8am - 5pmDuties and Responsibilities Report directly to the Director of Estates and Services. Line Managementfor all Site staff. Oversee support services contracts includingcleaning.Site Management Setting work load according to the direction of each sitehead. Ensure the daily workload is programmed via the managementSystem Conduct a weekly site meetings Ensure an effective and efficient maintenance programme is in place. Ensure all Documentation required by regulation is up to date and accurateContract management Oversee all Service Support contracts and ensure they areeffectiveand value for money.Safety, Health, Environment and Fire Coordinate all monthlyreporting procedures to include; Risk Assessment check, Fire Alarm Tests, Security checks, Emergency Lighting tests and Waste management. Monitor and review the COSHH records and procedures for all schools on a monthly basis.Transport Be an appointed driver for the group. Ensure that all fleet vehicles are maintained in a road legal condition to include; insurance documentation, road Tax and the Restricted Operators Licence.The role will require an enhanced DBS to be carried out.If you are interested in the role please do either apply online or contact the Staines office.
