Multi-skilled Engineer £40k - £50k Kentford, Suffolk Full time | Permanent |40 hoursAre you an engineer with mechanical and electrical skills Attega Groupis currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Multi-skilled Engineer to join the team in Kentford and cover the night shifts on-site. The main purpose of this role is to work with the team to maintain, repair and inspect production machinery and facilities. In return, our client is offering a salary ofup to£50,000, depending on experience plus private medical healthcare, life insurance, pension scheme, sick pay and much more... This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be either 21:00 - 7:30 Monday to Thursday or 18:00 - 02:30 Monday to Friday and they are open to discussing which one is more suited for yourself.Reporting to the maintenance supervisor your responsibilities as a multi-skilled engineer will include:

Undertaking preventative maintenance and monitoring on site machinery and facilities
Safety inspection on equipment and tools
Keeping records up to date of all activities
Liaising closely with supervisor and rest of team

The ideal candidate:

Hold a City and Guilds/NVQ3/HNC/ in electrical mechanical
Strong mechanical and electrical experience
Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge
Hold UK driving licence
Experience within a heavy industrial company
Forklift licence would be desirable
