You will be joining Medways vision on supportingChildren and Young people to make them feel safe and secure whilst ensuring Children and Young Peoples voices are listened to and acted upon.As a registered social worker with SWE you will have a minimum of 5 years post qualifying experience working withchildren and families in the statutory sector. You will also be able to demonstrate a breadth of knowledge and experience and ideally have experience of working with Signs of Safety or a similar relationship and strengths-based practice framework.As theTeam Manager, you will have to lead, manage, and motivate experienced staff and newly qualified workers, whilst also deputising and supporting the Group Manager where necessary. This role is a full-time, and permanent position.You will be motivated, committedand passionate about making a difference to the lives of children, young people and families. You will be able to build effective working relationships, demonstrate strong analytical skills and robust understanding of the care proceedings process.
