Job Description

Computer Science Teacher - September 2024Tradewind Recruitment are working with a Grammar School in the Mid Kent area who are actively looking to recruit an excellent qualified Computer Science teacher from September 24 - full time! Salary of between £30,000 and £46,525 depending on experience!The role:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver exciting Computer Science lessons to students across KS3 and KS4 incorporating all aspects of the curriculum
  • Develop and curriculum that is in line with the National Curriculum and encourages students to achieve their full potential
  • Create a positive learning environment for students that encourages participation and collaboration
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Computer Science, ICT or related field
  • Previous experience teaching all aspects of Computer Science across KS3 and KS4 students
  • Excellent behaviour management strategies to ensure students are on task and achieving the desired outcomes in all lessons
  • Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
