JustPhysio are looking for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to work with their client in Kent Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist Salary £28,500-£35,000Kent Start ASAP Car preferable Our lovely client in Kent is looking for Band 6 Physiotherapist to join their team The role is a static MSK physiotherapy position that will provide an invaluable insight into a broad range of both peripheral and spinal problems that present in an acute and persistent manner. As a company they offer physiotherapist lead classes such as Pilates to meet their clients rehabilitation needs. Our client uses state of the art technology to deliver its service including the EMIS notes system, CPD delivered by ZOOM & we are trialling the use of the "MSK Assist" app to deliver patient home exercise programmes.This exciting role is located within East Kent . This vacancy is presently focused around primary health care at a range of spacious, modern and well resourced locations. As an organisation they work as part of a wider multidisciplinary team that includes G.Ps, nurses, nurse practitioners, paramedics, allied health workers and a large network or administrators. Level Health is actively involved with a G.P education programme aimed at enhancing their MSK skills. Our company is also involved with the regional Spinal Network, MSK triage, First Contact Practitioner consultations, undergraduate education & have recently worked with injured veteran athletes at the Simpson Cup and on an expedition to Everest. The duties of the role include:Communicate effectively and participate within organisational activities that supports innovation, creativity and develops positive working relationships.To independently sustain an MSK case load, delivering a comprehensive clinical assessment and evidence based treatment.Strive to improve clinical and cultural standards that ensure all care is administered in line with CSP, HCPC & Level Health guidelines.Adhere to all policies and procedures that create a safe and respectful environment for both staff and patients to deliver or receive care.Our client believes those involved will accelerate within an environment that offers strong cultural values, a supportive and friendly workplace and creates the opportunity to achieve personal and professional growth.Job requirements:CSP/HCPC registration (applied for or obtained).Degree in Physiotherapy.Flexible working hours.Involvement in CPD, staff social calendar and team building tasks.Our client offers a competitive salary, as well as further training, theyu would consider providing a relocation package, they are looking for those who show true passion for their job.
