JustPhysio are looking for Band 5 Physiotherapists to work with their client in Kent Band 5 MSK Physiotherapist Salary £24k-£26,500kKent Start ASAP Car preferable Our lovely client in Kent is looking for a Band 5 Physiotherapist to join their team Our client is looking to recruit an outstanding newly-qualified Physiotherapist to join their Training Academy. You will work alongside a large and established team of Senior and Junior Physiotherapists in their vibrant, innovative and dynamic organisation. They have the capacity to create a flexible package to accommodate different working needs. Our client operates a mandatory 2 year Academy Programme for all newly-qualified Junior staff, with a syllabus that includes Clinical Excellence, Clinical Psychology, Communication, Functional Rehabilitation and Holistic Care. They run weekly clinical supervision/mentoring sessions and monthly in-service CPD training meetings with the whole team which cover a wide range of topics to provide a multi-speciality and holistic approach to learning, all of which contribute to a well-rounded, robust, supportive and patient-centred teaching programme. In addition, we provide an annual training budget for the further specialist development of our staff.They have a passion for mentorship and pay close attention to the mentor/mentee relationship.
