Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of medical services to the NHS and private practices are recruiting for an a Customer Relationship Manager to lead all existing and new relationships within the organisation.This exciting role is office based in Kensington, London and you will report to the Managing Director as well as working alongside a well-established Head Office team.Working within a small and very friendly team, this challenging role will mean you are going to develop and grow within a nurturing and entrepreneurial environment.We believe in a start to finish’ approach to account management. In this role, you should nurture a relationship with their customers from first contact, through implementation and the entire length of the relationship. That is one of the main reasons forour success and very low customer loss rate.As the Customer Relationship Manager for both NHS and private practices you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships.
  • Supporting customers in their use of the system and ensuring that they are happy and satisfied.
  • Implementation and roll out of the system.
  • Training and tailoring the system to assist clients
  • Marketing the system to new customers and expanding use of the system into other departments within the existing customer base.
  • Cross-covering other functions of the business and being involved in the day-to-day operation of the company.
  • Meeting with clients both face to face and video calling.
  • Decision making.
The ideal candidate:
  • Experience in healthcare administration or service provision.
  • Minimum of 2 years customer facing prior employment would be advantageous. Sales experience not required.
  • Cheerful outgoing personality.
  • Detail focused and efficient, with the discipline to organise their own day.
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm based in the office in Kensington.
