Job Description

If you’re looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career, then look no further. Spencer Clarke Group are working in partnership with RBKC Council to provide them with a Lettings Assistant.Duties:

  • Working with colleagues to ensure effective void management processes. Managing decant cases, assisting in matching properties for management transfers. Overseeing and ensuring updates are provided for zero rents and Orbis accounts.
  • Responsible for lettings administration, ensuring all records relevant to the role are completed promptly and are accurate.
  • Responsible for producing lettings packs and ensuring that the information contained within the packs are accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise with the Voids and Allocations Teams effectively to ensure a prompt turnaround of empty homes, thereby minimising rent loss.
What’s on offer
  • Contract Length: 12 months with a view to extend to an ongoing contract.
  • Pay: Starting from £16.90-£18 p/h (negotiable depending on your experience).
  • Working Hours: 36 Hours p/w - Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm.
