Job Description

Sales Supervisor-B2B-Energy ContractsWarwickshire- Commutable from Coventry, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa (hybrid working ave-minimum of 2 days/week in office)£33-38K plus benefits, 37 hours/weekAre you experienced in commercial fixed import, export and flexible supplies and contracts, looking for a sales role with a highly regarded energy consultancyThe company are growing and have excellent working conditions and culture. In this role you will be both hands on but will also mentor/coach more junior sales staff. You will get great job satisfaction from helping grow the business by managing a portfolio of existing commercial fixed import, export and flexible energy contracts while actively securing new customers, selling additional services to existing customers andcross selling to other departments.The Role

  1. Full time permanent office based role with hybrid working available
  2. B2B Sales to new and existing customers relating to fixed import, export and flexible energy contracts.
  3. Mentor and develop junior sales staff
The Person
  1. Working experience of B2B sales
  2. Experience of commercial fixed import, export and flexible supplies and contracts
  3. Experience of managing/leading/mentoring other staff
