Job Role: School Receptionist (DBS Checked) - Immediate Start!Job Type: Temporary Contract (1 month with potential extension)Pay: £90 per dayHours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to FridayLocation: KenilworthAre you an experienced school receptionist or have experience within an administrative role Would you like the opportunity to work for a newly built school development in KenilworthIf the answer is yes then apply today!As the School Receptionist you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children, parents, and staff. Your friendly manner and excellent communication skills will be essential in building positive relationships.Responsibilities:- Greeting visitors, parents, and children with a warm and friendly attitude- Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries in a professional and efficient manner- Managing school correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail- Maintaining accurate student attendance records- Assisting with the sign-in and sign-out process- Providing ad hoc administrative support to teachers and staff- Manning the school gates- Maintaining an organised reception area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for allSkills & Experience Required:- Enhanced DBS- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is essential- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word / Excel & Outlook- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.- A friendly and approachable personality, with a passion for working with children and families.Our client offers a supportive and collaborative work environment together with a dedicated team that goes above and beyond for the children in their care.
