Job Description

We are pleased to assist our valued client with their recruitment for a Project Manager.Excellent working conditions, working within a company that believes in supporting their staff with development and offer fantastic benefits and Hybrid working.Manage new initiatives and projects identified by Head of Industry Partnerships.This is a new to the organisation, to offer support to the wider team and Industry Partnerships. Role Responsibilities: -Manage and grow programme to deliver a quality service to our external stakeholders and maintain the programme platform. Lead on programme website to promote and grow the scheme.Manage programme to deliver a quality service to our external stakeholders and maintain the programme platform.Manage E-Portfolio (Skills+) systems across all products.Track and report on project performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritised view of all projects.Manage the drop-in helpdesk for International projects: Out of hours Online booking e-logbooks proctored tests etc.Maintain knowledge and understanding of technical requirements, legislative and regulatory drivers in the relevant area. Liaise with internal departments eg. Operations Project Office and Marketing to ensure effective business communications.Knowledge / Skills Required Essential *Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness *Strong ability to self-organise, work unsupervised on own initiative, and manage projects to ensure timely delivery of outcomes *Excellent oral and written communication skills *Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Experience Essential *Proven project management experience *Experience of managing third party contractors *Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a business environment
