Job Description

Private Client Solicitor Location: KenilworthSalary: Up to £50,000 per annumOur client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their legal team in Kenilworth. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and services to individuals and families in mattersrelated to estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate.Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultations: Conduct consultations with clients to assess their individual needs and provide tailored legal advice on estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate matters.
  • Drafting and Review: Prepare and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Estate Administration: Oversee the administration of estates, guiding clients through the probate process, and ensuring the orderly distribution of assets.
  • Trust Management: Advise clients on the establishment and management of trusts, including discretionary trusts, family trusts, and charitable trusts.
  • Tax Planning: Provide strategic tax planning advice to minimize inheritance tax liabilities for clients and optimize their financial affairs.
  • Asset Protection: Assist clients in protecting their assets and wealth for future generations, including advice on succession planning and business succession.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service, addressing client concerns, and providing regular updates on case progress.
Qualifications
  • Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales.
  • Proven experience in private client law, with a strong track record of handling complex estate planning and probate cases.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adherence to ethical and professional standards.
