Job Description

Our client is a leading membership organisation that have been operating for over 50 years and provide support and guidance to over 1800 members. Due to internal promotion, they are looking for a part time certifications and schemes administrator to jointheir growing team. The role is to work 22 hours a week of your choice, but must include a Tuesday. As part of their ongoing support to members the company assist with industry led qualifications, a sector of the business that this role heavily supports. Yourprimary role will be to reconcile and process applications for numerous courses, along with managing enquires relate to the training courses.Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate applications to 3 training courses/qualifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service support to clients requiring help and support on the route to getting the certifications and guide them through the process.
  • To identify relevant prerequisites for a member to obtain their certification.
  • Validate course certificate claim forms and complete certification process.
  • Keep an up-to-date list of qualifications needed within the database to obtain certifications.
  • Process certificates, and scheme cards, within the set KPI turnaround times, whilst maintaining an accurate database.
  • Be available to answer all member queries relating to the courses.
  • Provide support to Training Providers with the delivery of Online courses.
  • Invigilate online courses as required.
  • Promote the schemes to the members to maximise uptake.
About you
  • Proven experience in a data processing/ administration role
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Desire to learn something new and ability to keep up to date with regulatory changes
  • Team orientated and happy to help with other duties and roles as and when required.
