Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a well established and busy independent office in Kenilworth.Our client is a reputable brand who is extremely passionate about what they do and are looking for a like-minded individual with experience in lettings.The position will involve:

  • Administration
  • Canvassing
  • Viewing Generation
  • Market Appraisal Generation
  • Attending Viewings and Valuations
  • Landlord Care
  • Viewing Feedback
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous lettings experience is a MUST!
  • Full UK driving license
  • Self motivated and capable of working towards a target
  • Well presented
  • Knowledge of the Lettings Legislation
