Job Description

Based Near Kenilworth, Warwickshire, with 1-2 days hybrid workingWe are pleased to assist our valued client who is a leading awarding body, with an opportunity for a Events Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for helping maximise positive brand awareness for the organisation at external exhibitions, conferences, and events.You will be instrumental in helping bring the brand to life, delivering innovative andengaging displays & event programmes, that promote as a leading workforcedevelopment focused charity committed to improving skills in the environment andland-based sector through training, qualifications, and careers support.Role Responsibilities* Work with team colleagues to develop an annual programme of external events that deliver against the businesses commercial and corporate objectives.* Manage all interaction with event organisers including space and equipmentbooking, invoicing, insurance, risk assessment and all other administration.* Work with team colleagues to establish event messaging and translate intoengaging display proposals including stand design, stand format, supportingmarketing literature, and supporting interactive content.* Work with Manager to identify opportunities to maximise profile at eventsthrough sponsorship packages, round tables, speaker slots, panels, hostedreceptions etc. and support with delivery.* Manage the set-up and breakdown of display stands on location and liaise withvenues on logistics.* Represent at events - meeting and engaging with visitors, supporting withcapture of evaluation data and, where appropriate, supporting with the delivery ofstakeholder receptions and presentations.* Organise and attend promotional events such as press briefings, open days,stakeholder events.* Support in development and delivery of brand building event activity such asAwards ceremonies, webinars etc.Full UK Driving license required due to location and travel with role.
