Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant Location: WarwickshireSalary: £21,000-£23,000Our client is a reputable business with the traditional methods and in return gives back to the community by holding charity events, football sponsorships and bake offs. They call themselves a family firm due to their tight nit group, they have a great companyculture with their long term members of staff and are now looking to take on a Conveyancing Assistant to support the Conveyancers with their day to day tasks.Key Responsibilities:* To assist the conveyancers with;* Submissions and registrations* General admin assistanceKey Skills & Experience:* Understanding of land registry portals* Understanding of case management systems* Previous experience within a similar role* Excellent communication skills- written and verbal* Excellent Microsoft office knowledgeAdditional Information:* 23 days holiday + bank holidays* Christmas shut down* Hours: 9am-5pm Monday- Friday: office based
